Nicole
Gantz

As a community leader and volunteer, Nicole Gantz utilizes her 25 years of experience and knowledge in the marketing field to help Dubuque area non-profit organizations with their marketing, communication, development and organizational goals.

For civic involvement, Nicole is an executive board member and marketing chair for the Dubuque Symphony Orchestra, an executive board member and marketing committee chair for Steeple Square, board secretary for the Marita Theisen Childcare Center, president of the Camp Albrecht Acres Foundation, vice chair for the Dubuque Mercy Health Foundation and board member for the Dubuque Racing Association (DRA). She also gives community tours for the Greater Dubuque Development Corporation to individuals and families looking to move to the tri-state area.

Nicole earned her B.S. in business administration from Marquette University and an M.S. in management from Cardinal Stritch University, both in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In 2018, she was named INSIDE Public Accounting’s Association of Accounting Marketing Marketer of the Year and Person of the Year for Camp Albrecht Acres in Dubuque.

Nicole and her family have a great appreciation for music arts and culture. Following her introduction to the DSO by her in-laws, Nicole became a raving fan and advocate of the many programs the DSO provides to the Dubuque community and beyond. With no prior musical training, she is excited to go outside of her comfort zone and conduct a beloved song and Gantz family favorite, “Believe” from the 2004 film “The Polar Express.”
