These unrestricted gifts go to work immediately by helping us meet our financial obligations on a daily basis. While the endowment can be viewed as the orchestra’s savings account, the Annual Fund serves as its checkbook.

The Annual Fund supports typical budget expenditures such as:

  • Guest artist travel
  • Orchestra rehearsals
  • Theater rental fees
  • Sound and lighting equipment
  • Program notes
  • Rental or purchase of music
  • Licensing fees
  • Media advertising
  • Office rent
  • Insurance
  • Telephone
  • Internet access
  • Payroll services
